We sort items (keep/donate/trash), box/bag and lightly label, knock down cobwebs, dust reachable shelves, sweep/vacuum, spot‑degrease obvious oil stains, and do basic organization so everything has a home. Hauling is included per plan; donation handling available with photo/receipt when possible.
How does your pricing work?
Three flat‑rate plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) with clear caps on included truckloads, plus oversize upgrades for 2.5‑ and 3‑car garages. Common add‑ons: extra loads at $125 per load + actual dump fees (receipt provided).
Do you haul trash and donations?
Yes. Each plan includes a set number of truckloads. Extra loads are $125 each + dump fees at cost. We can drop donations and provide a receipt/photo when available.
How long does a cleanout take?
Most 2‑car garages with moderate clutter are completed in one visit. Plan caps guide scope. Wall‑to‑wall clutter, multiple dump runs, or installs may add time.
What about oversize or 3‑car garages?
Use our oversize upgrades: Oversize 2‑car, 2.5‑car/Third‑stall, or Full 3‑car/Shop‑bay (adds time and/or loads). We’ll recommend the right upgrade at your walkthrough.
Are there items you won’t take?
We don’t handle hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, solvents, fuels, sharps), biohazards, or active infestations. Heavy appliances/safes may need a second person/equipment and a separate quote. We’ll advise options for local household hazardous‑waste facilities.
Do I need to be home?
It helps to be present for the first 30–60 minutes to confirm keep/donate/trash decisions. After that, we can proceed and update you with texts/photos if needed.
Will you organize what stays?
Yes—basic reset is included: re‑shelving, simple zones, and light labeling. Premium also includes a small label set and a simple zone map. We can recommend bin/shelving options if you want a deeper makeover.
What areas do you serve?
Treasure Valley, Idaho: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Kuna, Star, and nearby. Travel within 20 miles is typically included; we’ll quote mileage beyond that.
How should I prepare?
Please remove valuables, secure chemicals, and move vehicles out of the garage. Clear a spot for a keep/donate/stage zone. Let us know about any pests, mold, or safety concerns ahead of time.
Payment, rescheduling, and cancellations
We accept major cards and invoicing; receipts provided. A 20% down deposit is required to book your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, your deposit is forfeited and you will need to reschedule. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment.
